Tender Care Children Center operates as a non-profit under the TC Multicultural Resource Center Society. Its creation was driven by the goal of offering affordable early education to families, ensuring that children receive high-quality care without financial strain. Founded by Trinity Chapel, the center embodies the church’s commitment to community support and engagement.

Through its programs, Tender Care Children Center aims to provide a nurturing environment that fosters early development and learning. By offering valuable resources and educational opportunities at a low cost, the center plays a crucial role in uplifting and supporting families in need, reinforcing its dedication to serving and strengthening the community.

Founder & Head of School

Stephen Obetoh, Head and Founder of Tender Care Children Center, is also the Pastor of Trinity Chapel and Head of TC Multicultural Resource Center Society. He created the daycare to provide low-cost, high-quality early education, aiming to empower and nurture children. His goal is to positively impact the community by ensuring that every child has access to a supportive learning environment.
